Upon entering Insignia, I presented an inspirational image of my desired hair colour. Unfortunately, my current blue/green hair colour, which had been applied by a nearby salon, was accompanied by unsightly regrowth, leaving me filled with regret. Nevertheless, Steve's exceptional skill and expertise enabled him to work wonders, and I departed the salon with a hair colour that precisely matched my initial vision, thereby restoring my affection for a more natural hue. My heartfelt thanks go out to Steve and the entire Insignia Hair and Day Spa team. Thank you so much!!! I’m so incredibly happy :)

I’ve visited Insignia a few times now, and I have to say — Sheree is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She is the main reason I keep coming back. I’ve had massages, facials, pedicures, body exfoliations, and a few other treatments I don’t even know the name of — and every single time, Sheree delivers an exceptional experience. She is incredibly professional, highly experienced, and makes you feel completely at ease. I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and totally rejuvenated. I honestly can’t recommend her enough — if you’re thinking of booking in, ask for Sheree. You won’t regret it!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ So Grateful for Steve & Willow 💕 I honestly can’t thank Steve and Willow enough for everything they did on my wedding day. From the very beginning of the year, working with Steve for my wedding hair prep was an absolute dream. Having my hair done by Steve for years now it was easy for him to create my dream wedding hair colour and style. From the moment Steve and Willow arrived on my wedding day, they brought such a calm, warm energy with a bit of banter to distract from the nerves, it created a the best atmosphere the whole morning was so relaxed and enjoyable. They didn’t just take care of me, but also my four bridesmaids, my mum, and my mother-in-law. Somehow they managed to have everyone finished early, without a hint of stress! Steve worked his magic with our hair, every style was absolutely perfect and lasted the entire day. Willow made us all feel so beautiful and confident with her stunning makeup. They truly listened to what each of us wanted and made everyone feel special and comfortable. The morning of my wedding was filled with laughter, calm, and happy tears, and that’s all thanks to them. I had an excellent experience getting my eyebrows tattooed. I was worried at first that they will look too dark, however, Olivia made me feel completely at ease explaining that she will find a perfect colour match for my complexion. Olivia has done an amazing job, my eyebrows look so natural and I couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend her service!

After several months of neglect, I finally went in to see the amazing team at Insignia and am absolutely over the moon with the results. The team were professional and friendly as always and really took the time to understand what I was after, from colour choice to reference photos, to make sure they got it right. Adding to the experience, my daughter decided she wanted a spontaneous haircut while we were there - her very first. Not only were the team so accommodating with the last-minute request, but they made her feel completely comfortable and she didn’t even flinch during the fringe trim. A huge thank you to Natalie, Mikayla and Melissa for making it such a lovely experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.
